The information we collect:
We collect and store your name and any other personal information you choose to give us. The only required information we collect are your username and password. All of the information we store is displayed on your personal preferences page. You can choose to update, edit, or delete it at your convenience.

How we use the information we collect:
The information you give us is used to tailor your web experience (what you see and don't see.) Your preferences also help us to determine what emails you receive so that you receive emails only on topics of interest to you. We do not disclose the personal information you store on this web site to anyone other than you.

One exception to this no disclosure policy is for skating professionals who have voluntarily provided their information for the pros page. In general, this page is used to put potential students in touch with skating coaches who may be of service to them. Skating professionals who use this feature, may update, edit, or delete their information using the tools given to them.

The only other exception to this policy relates to membership registration. When you register for membership, USFS requires that we transfer to them certain information about you in order to complete your national membership. We disclose this to you on the check-out page when this occurs.

We may occasionally use the information from this site in aggregate to help us to improve our services. An example of this would be considering how many of our club members are interested in Dance for the purpose of scheduling ice time.

Use of our mailing list by others
We do not make any personal information available to anyone outside the club for any reason at anytime.
